POWER AND PERFORMANCE
- The JCB 210 radial lift skid steer features the proven 74 hp (55 kW) JCB Diesel by Kohler engine, requiring no diesel particulate filter (DPF) or diesel engine fluid (DEF), in a skid steer that weights a mere 6,885 lb.
- Equipped with standard flow 18 gpm (70 lpm) hydraulics, the 210 is also available with an optional 30 gpm (115 lpm) high flow hydraulics package for maximum versatility. The high flow package includes a 7-way multi-function joystick and 14-pin connector (also available as options on standard flow machines) to accommodate and operate a diverse range of attachments.
- A standard-fit mechanical or optional electric quick hitch features a universal face plate, and the electric version allows the operator to lock and unlock attachments without leaving the cab. The available JCB Smoothride System (SRS) offers improved load retention and operator comfort and, ultimately, faster loading cycles and journey times.
- The available parallel lift helps to keep loads level throughout the lift cycle and is ideal for loading and unloading with pallet forks or a bucket.
- For improved mobility between or around large projects, a factory- or dealer-fit road light and turn signal package is available.
STRENGTH AND DURABILITY
- The JCB 210 skid steer loader is equipped with JCB’s iconic single-arm boom which is constructed with 20 percent more steel than rival twin-arm designs, and tested under the most extreme conditions. The boom is then connected to the chassis with tapered pins to create a tough, tight, strong pivot point.
- The chassis is designed for strength and even weight distribution, and the cab and engine are offset to counterbalance the forces on the boom for excellent control under even the most demanding operating conditions. The quick hitch coupler mates with the chassis via an adjustable steel cup for maximum pushing power at ground level.
- Not only does JCB’s side entry door make it the safest skid steer to operate, but the door itself is designed for strength and adjustability, and is connected to the frame with tough, five-bolt hinges.
OPERATOR COMFORT
- JCB is known around the world as the safest skid steer on the market, thanks to the industry’s only side entry door; no more climbing over attachments or under an unsupported boom to enter or exit the cab. Once inside, the JCB 210 operator enjoys a cab that is 46 percent larger than the competition and offers 60 percent better visibility.
- From the suspension seat (heated seat option available), operators have easy access to the electronic joysticks that control the transmission and loader arm. With the ability to control joystick responsiveness, optional switchable ISO/H-pattern controls, and standard in-cab heating and air conditioning, operators experience less fatigue, allowing them to spend more time in the cab and more time on the job.
- For work in low-light conditions, the 210 cab is equipped with bright work lights and back-lit buttons for easy use at night.
SERVICEABILITY
- The JCB 210 skid steer is equipped with the JCB Kohler KDI 74 hp (55 kW) T4F engine, featuring a maintenance-free diesel-oxidation catalyst (DOC), and no requirement for DPF or DEF.
- Regular servicing and checks are made easy by way of a large rear service door that reveals all service points. For more complex maintenance, one person can easily tilt the cab to gain full access to the engine and related components.
- Every feature of the JCB 210 is designed with serviceability and maximum uptime in mind. The hydraulics systems utilize o-ring face seals, and incorporate 38 percent fewer parts than outgoing designs. An available automatic reversing fan automatically clears debris from vital elements such as the cooling pack. And an intake scavenge system minimizes debris build-up in the air filter. With a JCB 210, you can be assured that every component is designed to help extend service intervals and keep your machine working at peak performance.
